Design:
Two coupling hubs concentrically machined with concave driving claws.
Bore tolerance H7 + keyway + set screw DIN 916 or optionally pilot bored (Dv).

Temperature range:
The temperature range depends on the Elastomer insert.

Backlash:
Absolutely backlash-free.

Service life:
R+W couplings are maintenance-free and have an infinite service life, if the tolerances are not exceeded.

Fit tolerance:
On the hub/shaft connection 0.01 to 0.05 mm.

Material:
Hubs: high strength aluminum.
Elastomer insert: precision molded wear resistant and
thermally stable polymer.

Non-standard application:
Custom designs with varied tolerances, keyways and non-standard material are available upon request.

	shaft diameter from 3 - 80 mm
